HOW’S THIS POSSIBLE?


In 2023 alone, our team dedicated over 10,000 hours to organizing and refining homes. We gave 38 clients the ultimate moving experience, and another 80 the experience of a well organized and peaceful home. Our reach extends beyond the metroplex, taking us to Connecticut, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Oklahoma, Austin, Texarkana, Midland, San Antonio, and Houston to name a few.

WHEN WE SAY WE DO IT ALL - WE MEAN IT


  • We start with a questionnaire to determine if we are the right fit for your client and their budget.

  • We then assign a personal move coordinator to your client. They function like a personal concierge throughout the entire move for your client.

  • They perform an in-home assessment and begin to schedule everything needed from specialty moving, AV install, vehicle transport, cleaning, junk removal, wine transport, fine art crating, and anything else necessary.

  • Your client receives our proprietary Concierge Relocation planner from day one so they know what to expect and to pay attention to.

  • Once we have the full scope and schedule, we update your client with a specific estimate and timeline.

  • We then oversee and direct all vendors necessary to accomplish the move.

  • We perform a declutter day with the client to make sure nothing goes to the new home that shouldn’t. We handle the donate and trash and make sure everything else gets packed.

  • When possible, we always use moving crates to better protect the clients belongings.

  • The move coordinator then oversees and directs the furniture prep and moving of everything to the new home.

  • Our team then shows up to unpack every crate and begin to organize, style and stock the new home.

  • We work with Interior Designers if available to put the home together as planned.

  • We ask the client to place an InstaCart order of all their favorite foods and drinks so we can stock the pantry, refrigerator, and all snack areas.

  • Within a matter of days, there are no more boxes or trash in the home, every bed is made with freshly laundered sheets, every piece of furniture is meticulously placed, bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and soap, paper towels and detergent are in the laundry room, and no detail is left undone.

  • We welcome your client to their new home, give them a tour of every room to reveal where everything is, and let them know the move coordinator is available over the coming days and weeks to answer any questions they may have - after all, we know their home (and everything in it) better than they do!
